Water prices set to rise

Consumers are facing yet more price increases as water prices will be rising when their bills for 2012/13 hit customers doormats on 1st April 2012. Pressure by Ofwat has meant that these rises have been kept to a minimun in line with inflation. Over £22 billion ponds of investment in infrastructure improvements. Customers of Bristol Water face the largest rise in water prices of 8.8%. Veolia water customers will see a rise of only 1.8%.
