The Welsh Assembly Government has completed a review of Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (NVZs) in 2008 under the European Commission Nitrates Directive (91/676/EEC).  Details from the Welsh Government website.

If your land has been included in a NVZ the regulations require you to work within Action Programme rules. The Welsh Government have produced a summary sheet to help you in understand and comply with measures that must be undertaken.
