Future Directions specialises in providing;
Environmental Management advice, guidance and support to organisations in the private and third sectors, and
Supporting the public and third sectors with environmental management including research, reviews and management plans.
We provide three key environmental service areas:
A. Environmental management and sustainable business solutions.
1. Assessing your environmental impact.
We help our clients to assess what aspects of their activities impact on the environment and what steps can be taken to minimize if not eliminate these.
2. Preparing your environmental documents, policies and environmental improvement objectives.
We work with our clients to identify, draft and maintain their Register of Environmental Legislation and other Requirements and preparing other essential environmental documents such as your Environmental Policy.
3. Embedding environmental management and sustainability into your business systems and processes.
We support our clients to develop the most appropriate procedures to meet your current and future needs including the BS 8555 standard through the Acorn or Green Dragon Standards to ISO 14001
B. Countryside and Conservation Services.
We help our clients in the public and third sectors in the research, reviews and development of plans and policies to establish solutions in the management of rural sites including protected areas, nature reserves, country parks and open spaces along with their associated management services and community engagement.
C. Training and Development
We offer a set of easy to follow workbooks for clients on environmental management topics, including one on the steps needed to write an environmental management policy and setting up an environmental management system. These backed up the offer of professional guidance either on line, video conferencing or face to face.
